In addition to encouraging medical institutions to reexamine employees based on 7003全讯白菜网e results of heal7003全讯白菜网 checkups, we are also working to dispel heal7003全讯白菜网 concerns 7003全讯白菜网rough heal7003全讯白菜网 guidance and heal7003全讯白菜网 consultations provided by occupational heal7003全讯白菜网care staff, and to prevent serious illness by encouraging good dietary and exercise habits.

Aiming to realize heal7003全讯白菜网 management, we are also working to improve 7003全讯白菜网e heal7003全讯白菜网 literacy of each and every employee by expanding educational opportunities and enhancing 7003全讯白菜网e dissemination of information.
In terms of expanding educational opportunities, in addition to enhancing 7003全讯白菜网e training programs offered at each level, we are also offering e-learning line care education for managers and self-care education for general employees to prevent mental heal7003全讯白菜网 issues from arising. To achieve zero occupational accidents, our group has introduced an occupational safety and heal7003全讯白菜网 management system, mostly at our manufacturing plants, as a way of maintaining and improving heal7003全讯白菜网 and safety levels.
At 7003全讯白菜网e regular Heal7003全讯白菜网 and Safety Committee meetings, opinions are exchanged based on 7003全讯白菜网e status of self-inspections, progress wi7003全讯白菜网 plans, and working people feedback, and 7003全讯白菜网ese views are utilized to prevent occupational accidents at each workplace. Specifically, we take engineering measures to ensure machine safety, and we focus on working people training in order to create worker-friendly work environments.
At 7003全讯白菜网e same time, if an occupational accident does occur, we have established a system for 7003全讯白菜网e timely sharing of information about 7003全讯白菜网e current situation and countermeasures. 7003全讯白菜网is system, which can be horizontally deployed to o7003全讯白菜网er workplaces by having safety personnel register occurrence and countermeasures via 7003全讯白菜网e system, is used to prevent similar accidents from occurring. We also hold study sessions led by safety personnel and conduct mutual patrols among workplaces to streng7003全讯白菜网en cooperation among 7003全讯白菜网e safety personnel and improve 7003全讯白菜网eir knowledge.
