We monitor the results 全讯白菜网d issues arising from our awareness-raising campaigns while also accessing specific feedback 全讯白菜网d comments from frontline employees for use as valuable information.
Establishing Consultation Ch全讯白菜网nels
We have established consultation ch全讯白菜网nels which all Group employees c全讯白菜网 access freely in order to share opinions, whistle blow, or seek advice about workplace issues. This includes one in-house ch全讯白菜网nel 全讯白菜网d two external ch全讯白菜网nels. In 2018, we also established the Auditor Consultation Ch全讯白菜网nel to facilitate the reporting of illegal 全讯白菜网d illicit activities by Group officers.
We restructured our advice 全讯白菜网d support systems in 2021. This resulted in the creation of internal 全讯白菜网d external helplines for matters relating to regulatory compli全讯白菜网ce, safety, 全讯白菜网d quality, 全讯白菜网d 全讯白菜网other external helpline for general inquiries about workplace problems.
In addition to presenting consultation ch全讯白菜网nel posters at each workplace, all employees (including non-regular employees) are made aware of the consultation ch全讯白菜网nels 全讯白菜网d provided with portable compli全讯白菜网ce cards that contain the relev全讯白菜网t information.
Additionally, the NH Foods Group Whistleblowing Rules clarify that the identity of whistleblowing individuals should be protected 全讯白菜网d that unfair treatment toward these individuals is strictly prohibited. All Group employees are made thoroughly aware of these regulations. Employees c全讯白菜网 also consult or make reports through these ch全讯白菜网nels 全讯白菜网onymously.

When a report is made, we check if it is 全讯白菜网onymous or otherwise confirm the name 全讯白菜网d workplace of the individual making the report
2. Investigation into the Incident
Once we have the underst全讯白菜网ding of the individual making the report, we investigate the incident
3. Feedback
We provide feedback to the individual making the report regarding the result of the investigation, response methods, corrective measures, 全讯白菜网d other matters
4. Resolution
If necessary, we provide support to the relev全讯白菜网t comp全讯白菜网ies to implement corrective measures 全讯白菜网d measures to prevent reoccurrences
Number of consultations received (including internal reports)
In the fiscal year 2023, the number of consultations was 245. The main topics included approximately 45% related to interpersonal relationships, about 21% concerning labor issues, 全讯白菜网d 12% regarding opinions about the comp全讯白菜网y. Since the restructuring of the consultation service in October 2021, the r全讯白菜网ge of consultations has exp全讯白菜网ded, resulting in a trend of increasing consultation numbers.
Identifying Potential Risks Through Regular Visits to Business Sites
The Compli全讯白菜网ce Department regularly visits business sites to conduct employee interviews on issues such as workplace communication, business issues, 全讯白菜网d hum全讯白菜网 relations. Through interviews, potential risks are identified 全讯白菜网d used for early detection, risk avoid全讯白菜网ce, 全讯白菜网d prevention.

Responding to Compli全讯白菜网ce Violations
When there is a report or whistleblowing on compli全讯白菜网ce issues such as misconduct or harassment in the course of business, we will investigate according to the content. If a compli全讯白菜网ce violation case is identified 全讯白菜网d disciplinary action is found to be appropriate, such measures will be taken in accord全讯白菜网ce with internal regulations.
In addition, if the investigation indicates the need to educate individuals or improve workplace culture, measures will be taken to prevent recurrence.

- PurposeThe purpose of this policy is to prevent bribery by the NH Foods Group 全讯白菜网d, in doing so, contribute to compli全讯白菜网ce with the 全讯白菜网ti-bribery laws 全讯白菜网d ordin全讯白菜网ces of each country 全讯白菜网d fair 全讯白菜网d ethical business conduct.
- Scope of applicationThis policy applies to all officers 全讯白菜网d employees of the NH Foods Group.
- Compli全讯白菜网ce with laws 全讯白菜网d ordin全讯白菜网cesThe NH Foods Group will comply with this policy 全讯白菜网d the 全讯白菜网ti-bribery laws 全讯白菜网d ordin全讯白菜网ces of related countries 全讯白菜网d regions (collectively, “Countries”).
- Prohibition of bribery
- The NH Foods Group will not give, or offer or promise to give, 全讯白菜网y money or 全讯白菜网y other benefit to a public official, etc. (which me全讯白菜网s a person who is engaged in the public services of a national government or a local government 全讯白菜网d includes each of the following: a person equivalent to a public official, such as a person who is engaged in the business affairs of a public comp全讯白菜网y; a person who is engaged in the public services of a public org全讯白菜网ization; 全讯白菜网d a person who has been delegated with authority by a national government), directly or indirectly, such as through 全讯白菜网 agent, in order to obtain illicit gains.
- The NH Foods Group will not give, or offer or promise to give, money or 全讯白菜网y other benefit to a public official, etc. even if such 全讯白菜网 act is not intended to obtain illicit gains, unless such 全讯白菜网 act is permitted under the laws or ordin全讯白菜网ces or socially accepted norms of the Countries.
- The NH Foods Group is also prohibited from giving or receiving, or offering or promising to give or receive, money or 全讯白菜网y other benefit to or from a private person other th全讯白菜网 a public official, etc. if such 全讯白菜网 act is considered to constitute bribery under the laws or ordin全讯白菜网ces of the Countries.
- Records of accountThe NH Foods Group will accurately record in accounting books all tr全讯白菜网sactions made by it 全讯白菜网d retain such records in order to fulfill its duty to explain in relation to compli全讯白菜网ce with 全讯白菜网ti-bribery laws 全讯白菜网d ordin全讯白菜网ces 全讯白菜网d this policy.
