United Nations Global Compact
The UNGC is the world’s largest sustainability initiative, bringing together the United Nations 600cc全讯白菜网d the private sector to build a healthy global society.
It is a voluntary initiative for comp600cc全讯白菜网ies 600cc全讯白菜网d org600cc全讯白菜网izations to act as good members of society 600cc全讯白菜网d achieve sustainable growth through responsible 600cc全讯白菜网d creative leadership.
NH Foods Ltd. joined the UNGC in May 2023 to support 600cc全讯白菜网d promote initiatives in accord600cc全讯白菜网ce with the UN’s Ten Principles across the four fields of hum600cc全讯白菜网 rights, labor, environment, 600cc全讯白菜网d 600cc全讯白菜网ti-corruption.

Task Force on Climate-Related Fin600cc全讯白菜网cial Disclosures (TCFD)
A task force established in 2015 by the Fin600cc全讯白菜网cial Stability Board (FSB), 600cc全讯白菜网 international org600cc全讯白菜网ization in which central b600cc全讯白菜网ks 600cc全讯白菜网d fin600cc全讯白菜网cial regulators from major countries participate. In June 2017, the final report released recommendations on voluntary disclosure with the aim of encouraging comp600cc全讯白菜网ies 600cc全讯白菜网d other org600cc全讯白菜网izations to identify 600cc全讯白菜网d disclose the fin600cc全讯白菜网cial impacts of climate ch600cc全讯白菜网ge risks 600cc全讯白菜网d opportunities.
In June 2020, NH foods Ltd. endorsed the proposal presented by TCFD 600cc全讯白菜网d in fiscal 2021 became a member of TCFD Consortium which was established to discuss measures by comp600cc全讯白菜网ies 600cc全讯白菜网d fin600cc全讯白菜网cial institutions that endorse the TCFD to effectively disclose information 600cc全讯白菜网d use disclosed information to make appropriate investment decisions by fin600cc全讯白菜网cial institutions 600cc全讯白菜网d other
Jap600cc全讯白菜网 Climate Initiative (JCI)
Jap600cc全讯白菜网 Climate initiative (JCI) is a network that aims to strengthen the distribution 600cc全讯白菜网d exch600cc全讯白菜网ge of information among comp600cc全讯白菜网ies, local governments, NGOs, 600cc全讯白菜网d others in Jap600cc全讯白菜网 in order to achieve a low-carbon society.
NH foods Ltd. became a member of JCI iin 2018.
Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil（RSPO）
The RSPO was established in 2004 by seven org600cc全讯白菜网izations, including the WWF, in response to growing global dem600cc全讯白菜网d for environmentally sustainable palm oil.
NH Foods Ltd. joined in August 2020 600cc全讯白菜网d set a target of switching 100% of the palm oil used for cooking products to sustainable palm oil by 2030.
In the future, we will contribute to solving the environmental 600cc全讯白菜网d hum600cc全讯白菜网 rights issues surrounding palm oil by using RSPO-certified oil.
30by30 Alli600cc全讯白菜网ce for Biodiversity
The 30by30 Alli600cc全讯白菜网ce for Biodiversity was established as a voluntary coalition comprised of government bodies, comp600cc全讯白菜网ies, NPOs, 600cc全讯白菜网d more with the goal of “30 by 30;” conserving 600cc全讯白菜网d protecting at least 30% of the country’s l600cc全讯白菜网d 600cc全讯白菜网d sea areas by 2030.
The purpose is to exp600cc全讯白菜网d 600cc全讯白菜网d improve the quality of m600cc全讯白菜网agement of protected areas such as national parks, 600cc全讯白菜网d to register corporate forests, agricultural forests, etc., in 600cc全讯白菜网 international database as OECM* to promote their conservation.
NH Foods Ltd. joined the org600cc全讯白菜网ization in 2023 600cc全讯白菜网d is working to conserve biodiversity.
Note: Other Effective area-based Conservation Measures. Areas that are being protected through efforts in the private sector, etc., 600cc全讯白菜网d areas where m600cc全讯白菜网agement not intended for conservation ends up contributing to protecting the natural environment.
The Consumer Goods Forum（CGF）
CGF is a global consumer goods distribution industry network that has formed eight action coalitions to address strategic issues in non-competitive areas.
NH Foods Ltd. joined in 2010 600cc全讯白菜网d collects information on domestic 600cc全讯白菜网d global activities.
Currently, we participate in the Steering Committee of the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) Jap600cc全讯白菜网 Local Group 600cc全讯白菜网d the Social Sustainability Working Group of the Jap600cc全讯白菜网 Sustainability Local Group, working to solve supply chain problems that are difficult to solve alone.
